The cleanliness left something to be desired. There were reports of stained carpets and dirty bathrooms that detracted from the overall experience. Guests faced challenges with the limited parking availability, especially during peak times, and the breakfast service could feel disorganized, leading to frustration. Some room amenities were lacking, with reports of poor-quality towels and malfunctioning in-room items that impacted comfort. The lack of a proper hot breakfast option was also a letdown for those expecting a warm meal to start the day.

The rooms are spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The staff are welcoming and exceptional, the location is picturesque. It provides great restaurant nearby.

We had a very relaxing 1 night stay. The family room was lovely with comfy beds. We enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast that was satisfactory! Having different hot drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch. Everything was simply perfect.

The charming ambiance of the pub, paired with a wonderful evening meal enjoyed near the log fire, made my stay good. Plus, the cozy bed provided a perfect night's rest after a long workday.

Food in the pub can really be recommended. Very nice service. We ate there twice, it was really good, plentiful and tasty. The parking lot directly in front of the door is ideal. Despite the fact that the pub was right under the room you didn't hear much. The noises didn't bother.

It could have been a little cleaner. Obviously room 1 was ok but at the second glance it was only superficially clean. The bathroom was extremely small, with virtually no counter space. No toilet brush.

The brews on tap were a highlight, and the kids loved the dartboard area, keeping them entertained while we relaxed.

In my wife's opinion, the parking situation was a bit tight, making it challenging for families.

i had a wonderful time discovering the beautiful sussex prairies garden just a short walk away, and the cozy pub atmosphere with great evening meals added to my good stay.

Charming inn, cozy room, with excellent wifi available, the clean modern shower and inviting bar/lounge area made my stay especially enjoyable after a long day exploring the area just off the A23.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were polite. The room featured a smart TV and comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, with only packaged goods aside from toast and fresh fruit. While the evening meal was commendable, the breakfast coffee machine was out of milk was great. It was a good experience with a few minor drawbacks.
